Tom & Zach seek to identify any traffic concerns in Thurcroft and Wickersley South. This is anything relating to operation of the highway - including but not only safety. This could include speeding concerns, visibility at a junction or school-time parking. It is not to raise maintenance issues such as pot holes, as they will be covered in the usual reporting procedures.
Councillors are aware of some of the road safety concerns that have been raised already, and intend to submit the traffic concerns that they have already been working on through the ward.
Tom said "It's important we get as many comments from the community as possible, even the smallest issues. I encourage any road safety concerns to help us build a full ward picture. At this stage we ask for details of the problem, and not the solution. We ask this because it may be that the problem can be resolved with different road safety techniques".
