Who is Simon Ball?
Hello, I’m Simon Ball, and I’m honoured to stand as the candidate for Maltby and Hellaby West Ward again in the upcoming local elections for Rotherham Council on May 2nd, 2024.
With a deep commitment to our community, I’m driven to continuing making a difference in Maltby and Hellaby through grassroots initiatives and active engagement.
The last 3 years I have been honoured to have represented this fine ward and have fought for every penny being spent over the M18 border. I have been busy over the 3 years with the improvements to Laburnum Parade so that shoppers and customers have a better experience there, attending as many groups as possible helping where I can and adding play equipment to our local parks just to name a few things that I have been part of but there is plenty more to do that is why I am standing again to be the representative for Hellaby and Maltby West.
I believe in the power of partnerships and collaborations. By maintaining a positive relationship with Alexander Stafford MP and my fellow candidate Lynda Stables we can work together to secure the best outcomes for the residents of Maltby and Hellaby. This partnership ensures a united front in addressing local concerns and advocating for the needs of our community.
As your elected councillor, I am committed to being a voice for local residents and to build on what has been accomplished over the last 3 years by securing investments and fighting for every penny to be spent here, Labour have been in power for nearly 50 years and have run out of ideas, Maltby and Hellaby deserves better, looking at casework figures you can see how Conservatives work and want the chance to show you what can be achieved in the next 4 years.
I will continue to ensure that local residents are listened to and my vision is to bring about positive change and prioritise the concerns of those I serve.
