We recently met with the school council at Thurcroft Junior Academy for a ‘no holding back grilling’ on our role as councillors for Thurcroft and Wickersley South.
We can tell you that none of the children held back, and that they had some fantastic questions for us!
Tom said: “It’s great to have the opportunity to go back into the school I grew up in! it’s a fantastic school and projects like these can really equip the children with skills for life!”
These children are an amazing bunch and we hope to carry on working with the school council in the future on any projects that they need support with.
