On Monday Cllr Lewis Mills and Cllr Greg Reynolds attended the planned Community Clean-up Day in Bramley!
Lewis and Greg met with the Street Scene team along with the Neighbourhood Coordinator Nicola to see the plan of action. Whilst the Street Scene team focused on litter picking and grubbing out Ranworth Road and the surrounding area; Lewis, Greg and Nicola went up to Main Street and did a litter pick.
Battling the rainy weather Lewis, Greg and Nicola managed to collect a bag and half of litter. Although there wasn’t that much litter around Main Street they did notice a large amount of Dog Faeces and have asked the dog warden to increase there patrols around the area.
Unfortunately, the road sweeper was not in attendance on the day but was told it’d make an appearance on Tuesday.
That was the last of our three successful Community Clean-up Days but we will book our next ones in as soon as we can!
