Dinnington Ward Councillors are delighted to see that work will be undertaken to improve road safety on Laughton Common Road between Laughton Common and Thurcroft (please note there is a typo in the article referring to Thrybergh).
Cllrs Castledine-Dack, Wooding and Whomersley have lobbied especially hard for improvements to this road, including raising the issue at full council and naming it as a priority at our community monthly meetings with the local police.
This supplements the work of Thurcroft South Parish Councillors, who have been calling for increased safety measures on this road.
