Cllr Benjamin Whomersley has been to meet local residents and Andy Copeland Parish Cllr, to discuss the Bins on the Park off Hangsman Lane, Laughton Common. It is fair to say this is a failure by RMBC to leave our parks in this condition! This has been reported to RMBC as a Matter of urgency and Questions will be asked at the next Main Council Meeting.
