I’ve recieved confirmation that more pavements are being fixed in Todwick! Since I got elected numerous residents have told me about the state of the pavements. I’ve tirelessly raised this issue in the council chamber and countless times with council officers including Managers, Heads of Service, and directors.
There’s no doubt this is thanks to the many residents that have contacted the council directly or through myself to repeatedly lobby for improvements. Also huge credit to the Parish council! I’m glad RMBC are now doing something about them.
As you may know already, numerous pavements have had treatments. However, many residents have informed me of their disappointment with the quality of the repairs, which aren’t up to scratch in some areas. I’ve raised this in the council chamber and with officers. Please do feel free to email (or even ring) me if you find any issues with your pavement. I will ensure your voice is heard.
