Cllr Castledine-Dack had a great morning with villagers from Laughton-en-le-Morthen out on a litter pick.

We just missed the rain and, together, we cleared a huge amount of litter in just an hour from across the whole village. There were so many people who turned up and it was great to see.

As a bonus, I learned so much about electric cars and renewables from Dean - thank you so much for making an important topic idiot proof for me 😂

Thanks to everyone who made me so welcome, organised a great event and cleared litter from the village. Our littlest volunteers were just 7 & 4 and they had keen hawk eyes for litter we missed!
